Where to collect, and when
Kit is collected in Gulmarg on the morning you ski. Once you send your request, our team confirms the collection point, the time and how long the fitting takes for your group.
Sizes, ages and fitting
Send the height, weight and shoe size of everyone skiing, and their ages for children. We confirm what we have in those sizes for your dates before anything is booked — nothing is charged until you agree the quote.
Tuning, damage and deposits
Skis and boards go out waxed and edged. Any deposit, damage cover or replacement charge is set out in your quote before you pay, and the full terms are in our terms & conditions.
